Of God and the Holy Trinity
We believe there is only one God who manifests Himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Spirit. He is perfect in Holiness and Glory, the creator and sustainer of all things and in all things is glorified. He is eternal. He has always been, and will always be. His attributes are never changing. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is sovereign in all things through a perfect display of grace, mercy, forgiveness, compassion, goodness, and righteous judgment.

The Person and Work of Christ
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became man, without ceasing to be God. He became a man that He might reveal God to humanity, and redeem us from our sin. He accomplished our redemption by living a sinless life and subsequently dying on the Cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for us. Our justification was made sure by His literal and physical resurrection from the dead. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ ascended into heaven and is now exalted at the right hand of the Father, where He serves as the High Priest and Advocate for all believers. He will return again to earth; to once and for all accomplish redemption of sin, and make all things new.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a person of God who convicts the world of sin, and is the supernatural agent in salvation. The Holy Spirit baptizes all believers into the body of Christ, indwelling in each believer to give them the identity of Christ at salvation, sealing each believer to be a child of God for all eternity, and is working in the life of every believer to produce a Christ likeness in this life.
John 16:8-11, 2 Corinthians 3:6, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, Romans 8-9, Ephesians 5:18, Galatians 4:6
We believe the Bible is the complete canon of 66 books, written by approximately 40 different writers, with God as the Author. It transpired over a 1500-year time span, and is comprised as the Old and New Testament separated by the life of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is the complete inspired Word of God, is all-sufficient, and holds authoritative rule over saving knowledge, faith, and the life of the believer.
2 Peter 1:19:21, 2 Timothy 3:15-17
We believe that humanity is made in the image of God. God designed us to have perfect peace. The most fulfilling relationship man can possibly have is through fellowship with Him. Humanity became alienated from God through disobedience (sin). As a result, all human beings are born with a sin nature and are therefore sinful by nature and by choice. This puts them against God. We are separated from the community we were created to have in Him, and desire to have what was once lost. True community can only be found in the Person and work of Christ Jesus, who restores us to God by the blood of the Cross, and the power of the Resurrection. We are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through our own efforts, and are only saved by grace, through faith, in what Christ has done on our behalf.
Genesis 1:27, Psalm 8:3-6, Isaiah 53:6, Romans 3:23, Colossians 1:21, Isaiah 59:1-2, Ephesians 2:8, 1 Corinthians 1:18
It is a gift from God; we can never accomplish it by good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ, and the work He has done for us, are we brought into the relationship we were created for. Our relationship with Christ not only allows us to spend eternity with God in Heaven, but also gives us life with Him now on earth.

We believe that we are justified–declared righteous before the perfect and Holy God–by the grace of God through faith in Christ. There is only one salvation from our sin, and the penalty of death that comes with it. We believe Jesus is the Head of the Church, and therefore our senior pastor and Shepherd. He is the Head of all true disciples, the Church, and holds supreme power for its government. Within the church, He calls us to have communion (family) with God’s people: people from every tribe, language, and nation. The Church exists invisibly throughout the world where Christ saves, and is visible in the local gathering. We are to love God, love each other, and love our community as a representation of the Kingdom of God here on earth. Within the local church body we identify with one another through covenant membership, accountability, and the partaking of the two scriptural sacraments: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
Ephesians 2:11-12, Revelation 5:9-10, Matthew 28:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
To love God, live life together, and serve our community in order to see Christ-centered transformation among all people where we live, work, and play.
Our Desire is to Make Disciples:
A Disciple is one who has been transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ, is being transformed daily by the truth of Christ, and is seeing gospel transformation in their community by the power of the gospel working in and through them.
We believe that there are open, and closed, handed issues in life. Biblical truths we hold to as the ultimate foundation to living out the joy filled identity that we have in Christ are closed handed issues. There are other things we hold with a open hand. We seek truth in them together as the family of God, but understand that in some areas we may slightly differ. These are a few of our close handed truth's.
